The causes of deficiency of generator output power.

The main reasons of the lack of diesel generator output power are:diesel filter clogging;diesel engine value closed lax;diesel engine nozzle atomizing bad;diesel engine piston ring and cylinder liner wear.

Generator output power is less than general power failure,the generator parts usually won't appear in this situation,common fault is generator,no voltage.High voltage,voltage establish failure load voltage when a certain amount.So when the above problems should be how to deal with?

First,between the generator and excitation reactor connected to a three phase voltage regulator,in order to improve the voltage of the generator,the excitation device of magnetic potential was gradually increase.And then change the magnetomotive force excitation device voltage and the phase of the voltage of the generator,make synthetic total magnetomotive force increase.Reduce the rheostat value,make the generator excitation current increases.
In addition to the above,such as lack of diesel engine oil,diesel oil filter clogging,diesel fuel injection pump fault can also lead to insufficient motor power output.Therefore,must pay attention to the daily and maintenance of motor,prevent the occurrence of such problems.
