ATS diesel generator experienced three stages of relay control, PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) control and intelligent controller , intelligent controller gradually from the end of the last century, beginning by the microcomputer and electronic components consisting of the very complex peripheral circuitry integrated into a module, which greatly simplifies the control line, also will be enhanced reliability.
ATS diesel generator controller consists of three main parts as below::
1. The motor control section, including voltage regulation device, overload, short circuit protection unit and voltage regulator and so on.
2. The diesel engine control section, mainly by the startup, shutdown operation, the electronic regulator and the liquid crystal display part of the module, etc., to achieve the operating state of the diesel engine to be monitored.
3. The microcomputer control section, which is automatically controlled diesel generator core, mainly controlled by the host unit, consisting of a signal detection unit, the power drive unit, a display unit and a power supply unit parameters and the like.
